Stellenzusammenfassung:
Die Hauptaufgaben des Wartungstechnikers sind die Inbetriebnahme, die Installation, die vorbeugende Wartung sowie die Kalibrierung sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch beim Kunden.
Zuständigkeit:
- Einhaltung des Serviceplans (Wartung, Kalibrierung und Installation)
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Kunden für alle notwendigen Arbeiten
- Durchführung von Garantieleistungen und Reparaturen an Werkzeugprodukten
- Erstellung und Erläuterung der Reparaturschätzungen
- Verwaltung und Optimierung des Ersatzteilbestandes
- Pflege der Werkzeuge und des Arbeitsumfelds (Servicefahrzeug, Werkzeuge, PC, Ersatzteillager)
- Sicherstellung des funktionsfähigen Zustands der Kalibriergeräte in der Werkstatt
Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektromechanischem- Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Flexibilität, Teamgeist, Engagement, Kundenorientierte Kommunikation
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office
Reise-und Arbeitsregelungen:
Haupttätigkeiten in der Werkstatt vor Ort mit zusätzliche Serviceeinsätzen bei Kunden
Schüsselkompetenzen:
- Verständnis von technische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne und Teilediagrammen
- Führerschein
- Reisebereitschaft
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Leidenschaft und Freude am Beruf runden Ihr Profil ab
