Customer Accounts Representative (f/m/d)
What to expect:
- The Customer Account Representative provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax.
- Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible.
- Provides account information to customers.
- Reconciles customer account information.
- Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department.
What we are looking for:
- Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fluent English and Italian language skills, written and verbal; German or French language skills beneficial.
- Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.
- Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments.
- Works with initiative.
