Key Responsibilities
- Durchführung von VDA-konformen Audits und Bewertung von Lieferantenprozessen
- Du führst Risikoanalysen innerhalb der Lieferantenlandschaft durch und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Durchführung von Prozessaudits nach VDA 6.3 und Potenzialanalysen bei möglichen Lieferanten in der Vergabephase
- Versorgungsabsicherung durch Reduktion der Ausschusszahlen beim Automobilzulieferer
- Durchführung von Produkt-, bzw. Prozess FMEAs
- Koordination des Kunden- und Lieferantenmanagements
- Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits (z. B. VDA 6.3), Prozessauditierung, Maßnahmendefinitionen und Maßnahmenverfolgungen

Work Experience
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Supply Chain Management und Lean Management.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung als VDA-Auditor von Vorteil
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementmethoden speziell für den Automobilsektor
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
