Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a critical member of the Sales team, serving as a technical expert throughout the sales process, with responsibilities that include:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and identify the right product fit.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to technical point of contact for both the Sales team and potential clients during the sales cycle.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver standard and customized product demos that highlight the value of the client's solutions.
  • Workshops & Meetings: Lead client workshops (both on-site and online) to analyze business challenges and technical requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
  • Solution Documentation: Create detailed solution scoping documents, including customization requirements, for handover to the implementation team for effort estimations.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present technical proposals based on the SaaS products offered by our client.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and share feedback from the market with the Product Management team to help shape the development roadmap.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the Sales team to create client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and demo videos.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
  • SaaS Consulting Experience: A strong track record in solution consulting for SaaS applications.
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business studies, business engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • IT Consulting Background: 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, with refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Experience: Experience working with SaaS sales teams, delivering end-to-end software sales cycles, including RFP processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate proactively with clients, sales teams, consultants, and product experts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideally, first-hand experience in B2B and/or retail (pricing) contexts.
  • Passion for Technology: A keen interest in technology trends and digital transformation topics.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German is required.
