Your responsibilities as branch manager (gn)

• You will take on a key role as branch manager (m/f/d) in the area of skilled workers and be the face of our Gi Pro brand in the south!
• You'll be responsible for sales : managing existing customers, acquiring new customers, and developing cool sales strategies.
• In recruiting, you're at the heart of things: finding talent, conducting interviews, and attracting the best specialists for us.
• You lead and motivate your team - because a good working atmosphere is essential!
• Building long-term customer relationships and resolving their issues
• Keeping an eye on trends in the field of skilled workers and personnel services

This is you

• You have several years of experience in personnel services, particularly in the field of temporary staffing.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of recruiting and supporting skilled workers and are knowledgeable about industry-specific bonuses .
• You possess excellent communication skills as well as leadership skills for managing and motivating a team.
• You have experience in acquiring and maintaining customer relationships.
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner , and are ready to constantly take on new challenges.
