Front End OutSystems Developer

OutSystems Front-End Developer - Germany - Hybrid

Our client is are in search of a Front-End OutSystems Developer, to join a fast-growing team to create and develop low-code apps (OutSystems).

As a Front-End OutSystems Developer, you will be working at the forefront of innovation, inventing business models, algorithms, solutions, and methodologies and digital end-to-end solutions delivering sustained top-line impact for clients.

The Role

• Bring your knowledge of OutSystems 11 to the table, contributing to the development and optimization of our OutSystems-based projects.
• Identifying synergies with existing solutions, and determining project scopes and estimates.
• Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realise their business processes and strategies in software.
• Be involved from the start by understanding the client's needs
• Use your skills to design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web-based applications based on research and best practices.
• Create and maintain custom reusable UI components and design patterns that elevate the usability and aesthetic appeal of our OutSystems applications.
• Team up with our consultants, UX designer and technical experts to develop innovative software solution concepts for our clients.
• Leverage your proficiency in CSS, JS, and HTML to craft pixel-perfect, responsive front-end designs that impress our clients and end-users.
• Use browser developer tools to identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring seamless user experiences across different devices and platforms.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree (in business, computer science, or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience as an OutSystems developer.
• You are knowledgeable about OutSystems best practices and always try your best to implement them, additionally OutSystems certifications are a plus.
• You have refined problem-solving skills to creatively translate business needs into digital solutions.
• You have the technical expertise needed to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers.
• You have experience with JS, CSS, HTML.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
