How You Will Create an Impact:

• Facilitate code reviews and participate in daily pair programming sessions.
• Design system architecture and its components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility for projects.
• Provide both high-level and low-level estimations.
• Maintain a clear vision of the team's technical stack and assist in adopting new technologies.
• Conduct R&D and POCs to ensure the use of the latest effective technologies.
• Ensure team engagement, deliver quality work, and promote optimal performance.
• Measure progress and velocity while managing risks and issues.
• Coach and mentor team members, holding them accountable and removing roadblocks to their work.

About You:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• You excel at overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills, alongside excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• You have a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• You are well-versed in clean code practices and Cloud Native architectures and technologies.
• You stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a major advantage.
