Your Role:
- Own and drive improvments to lead times and on time delivery performance across first, middle and final mile
- Define and manage KPI targets, ensuring they are ambitious, measurable and aligned with business goals
- Monitor performance, analyze data and identify root causes to implement sustainable improvements
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, tracking progress and driving accountability
- Manage operational disruptions (e.g. weather, strikes, backlogs) and coordinate recovery actions
- Develop new KPIs, automate reporting and build performance dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in performance management, operations or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement
- Proven ability to take ownership, drive results and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis tools and performance reporting systems
- Fluent English (C1 level), written and spoken
