Operative Unterstützung
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft bei Incidents und Service Requests
- Erfassung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Funktion als Eskalationspunkt zur Weiterleitung und Koordination von Themen an zuständige Fachstellen
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Prozessen und SLAs
Projektunterstützung
- Führung und Pflege von Action Logs (Maßnahmenlisten)
- Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings, Statusberichten und Präsentationen
- Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten und Beschlüssen
Ihr Profil:
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Grundverständnis von IT-Services, IT-Operations oder ITIL-Grundlagen von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
