Working Student Applied AI Brand Solutions
The Team:
The Brand Research & Strategy team believes brand leadership is a powerful competitive advantage. We drive business performance through research, insights, analytics, intelligence, brand management, and strategy. We act as a strategic hub, collaborating closely with experts across Customer Experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), Employee Experience (EX), and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Our goal is to lead with brand by turning data into human insight - creating the truths that drive presence, build affinity, and anchor trust.
The Role:
This role supports the prototyping of applied AI pilot projects within Celonis Brand Team. These pilots are part of a wider strategy focused on three core outcomes:
- Governance: ensuring AI operates within brand and legal guardrails
- Enablement: increasing creative and GTM speed while maintaining quality
- Visibility: ensuring Celonis appears accurately and consistently in AI-mediated environments such as generative search and AI assistants
Taken together, this strategy positions Brand not only as a control function, but as an AI enablement layer for GTM - helping teams move faster while protecting consistency, trust, and compliance.
As a Working Student, you will help prototype the technical foundations of these AI systems. This includes conversational AI workflows, knowledge retrieval, data collection pipelines, and web integrations. You will work with brand, design, marketing, , research, and engineering stakeholders to experiment with AI-driven knowledge systems and agent-based tools for marketing.
The work you'll do:
- Support the development of AI avatars
- Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using proprietary knowledge
- Assist with the integration of voice and avatar platforms
- Support web embedding and API integrations
- Help build data pipelines for the Brand Intelligence Dashboard
- Test AI outputs and improve prompts, retrieval quality, and workflow design
- Contribute to documentation and collaboration with research partners
- Enabling brand operations and infrastructure, for AI applications.
The qualifications you need:
- Enrolled student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, HCI, or a related field
- Strong interest in LLMs, conversational AI, and applied AI workflows, RAG or vector databases
- Experience with Python or JavaScript
- Comfort working with APIs and AI tools
- Strong curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Munich based and able to work on-site at our headquarters
- Ready to support the team for 16-20 hours per week
