Performance Improvement Manager Europe (f/m/d)

For our Competence Center Aggregates (CCA) Europe we are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager Europe (f/m/d).

This role is based in Heidelberg, Germany and reports to the Head of Operational Excellence.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Be one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates business
  • Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers)
  • Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams
  • Help with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performance
  • Coordinate and deliver trainings


YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role
  • Fluent Czech and English language skills are required. Knowledge of German and or any other languages is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations
  • Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
