Data Management and Coordination

Ensure data collection and input into Winrest is consistent with Group standards.
Collaborate with operational teams to develop field actions to improve data collection and analysis.
Conduct working meetings and regular field visits to ensure accurate data collection and address inconsistencies.
Ensure data integrity is aligned with the global strategy defined by the Managing Director.

ERP System Management

Oversee ERP system (Winrest) usage and provide training to ensure all teams are proficient in using the system.
Ensure ERP data is accurate on an ongoing basis and address any issues with data inputs.
Support the digital transformation of the company and lead the deployment of action plans within the IT department and the general manager

Reporting and Analytics

Create value-added reports and visualizations using SSRS, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present insights and recommendations to optimize processes and support operational performance.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to the Director General.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluate current data practices and propose enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Group guidelines.
Contribute to strategic decision-making based on data insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP or data-related issues.
