About the opportunity

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Sales team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis) and a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within these agencies. A deep understanding of the (online) Media/Advertising ecosystem is a must. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering and outperforming on sales targets, in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

What will you do?

  • Drive revenue across your agency patch focussing on both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your agency patch.
  • Provide a strong consulting dimension and an excellent-quality service.
  • Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs.
  • Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) in order to best meet client requirements.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.
  • Responsible in hitting and outperforming quarterly revenue target.

  • 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies.
  • Relentless revenue and customer focus to drive existing and new revenue across the agency patch.
  • Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis).
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close larger deals.
  • Strong analytical, solution- driven and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team.
