Project Transformation Engineer (d/f/m) - Job Sharing & Part-Time possible

About this Position

As a Project Engineer in the InfrastructureDepartment, you will play a key role in planning and delivering technicalprojects across Henkel sites, with a strong focus on PowertoHeattechnologies, electrification of thermal processes, and CO reductioninitiatives. You will work crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders andexternal partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, withinbudget, and in line with Henkel's sustainability roadmap.

What youll do

• Plan, execute, and manage PowertoHeat and decarbonization projects from concept to commissioning within industrial infrastructure environments
• Support the electrification of heat generation, including technologies such as heat pumps, electric boilers, thermal storage, and integration of renewable electricity
• Lead and support general infrastructure and energy projects, including utilities, process heat, water and site energy systems
• Prepare technical concepts, feasibility studies, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
• Coordinate engineering disciplines, internal stakeholders (operations, HSE, procurement etc.), and external contractors or engineering partners
• Ensure compliance with Henkel standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability goals
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on milestones and KPIs
• Preparing and tracking of project schedules, general project management in accordance with our standards and procedures
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across Henkel's global infrastructure community
• Working as part of the infrastructure engineering team to ensure the smooth development & handover of systems from conception to commissioning and into sustaining operations
