Sr. Partner Business Manager
Role
We are looking for a Sr. Partner Business Manager to join our Alliances & Channel team. This is a fully remote Germany role, reporting to the Director, CEUR Partner Sales.
You will join a global group of professionals passionate about nurturing trusted partnerships and sharing expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. By demonstrating the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation, you will help cement our position as the world leader in cloud security.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)
Align with account teams and technical resources to identify customer accounts for partner development
Collaborate with partners to drive go-to-market success plans and engagement strategies
Support co-sell opportunities with region-specific partners
Engage technical and field enablement resources to support sales teams and partners
Identify and qualify partner prospects that align with business goals

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
6+ years of experience in channel sales within a SaaS-based software company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage complex deals and sales processes
Strong expertise in business/territory planning and sales strategy alignment
Fluency in English and German
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong record of exceeding or meeting sales targets with specific campaigns targeting net new logos with partners
Demonstrated strong skills to influence sales teams, acting as advisor and escalation point
Previous experience in direct sales with a strong record of exceeding goals
