THE ROLE

As the Solution Owner for Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will be the commercial and technical architect of Everpure's global presence in the medical data space. You'll transform high-performance infrastructure into specialized solutions for EHR, Enterprise Imaging, or Genomics, serving as the bridge between engineering and the field. Your mission is to ensure Everpure is the "Intelligent Data Foundation" for clinicians and researchers, driving business outcomes that accelerate drug discovery and patient care through strategic cross-functional leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect the Solution Lifecycle: Define the end-to-end commercial strategy-including value propositions, pricing models, and bills of materials-to launch and scale high-impact workloads across all global regions.
  • Drive Strategic Market Growth: Own the commercial health of your solution set by monitoring pipeline performance and executing tactical sales plays to meet specific workload growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead Technical Validation & Ecosystems: Direct certification efforts with key partners like Epic and Nvidia, ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous regulatory and performance standards of modern healthcare environments.
  • Empower Global Field Teams: Spearhead the Go-To-Market strategy by translating complex technical capabilities into repeatable sales tools and training that enable our teams to win in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Synthesize feedback from global CIOs and field engineers into prioritized requirements for our Product and Engineering teams to influence the future of the Everpure Platform.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strategic Solution Leadership: Deep expertise in managing the full lifecycle of technical products, with a proven ability to take a concept from the lab to global commercial leadership while hitting revenue milestones.
  • Industry & Alliance Fluency: Established credibility and a network within the Healthcare and Life Sciences ecosystems, including experience navigating relationships with vendors such as Epic, Nvidia, or Illumina.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Exceptional ability to align Engineering, Product Management, and Field Sales teams toward a unified goal, acting as a technical translator between commercial needs and technical builds.
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Highly developed skills in public speaking and "evangelism," with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and represent the company as a thought leader at major industry events like HIMSS.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
