The Mission
As the Global Sales Director for the DACH region, you will be the primary architect of Numa's commercial expansion across Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Your mission is to move beyond traditional sales by building a high-growth corporate ecosystem through strategic account management and proactive business development.
You aren't just selling rooms; you are positioning Numa as the strategic accommodation partner of choice for multinational corporations. You will bridge the gap between strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution to dominate the DACH market.

What You'll Do
- Strategic Growth: Design and lead the corporate sales roadmap for the DACH region, focusing on high-impact rate negotiations and long-term global partnerships.
- Total Account Management: Own the full lifecycle of global accounts across all segments, including Corporate Transient, Groups, and Relocation (long-stay). Serve as the primary point of contact, managing key stakeholders, externally and internally.
- RFP Leadership: Lead the end-to-end global RFP process, ensuring Numa's value proposition is flawlessly communicated to multinational stakeholders.
- Market Mastery: Act as the definitive subject matter expert for the region, providing deep-dive market intelligence and competitor analysis to the broader commercial team.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Revenue, and Reservations to optimize performance, conversion for corporate bids and customer delivery, acting as an internal advocate for customer needs.
- Portfolio Optimization: Proactively monitor account performance and implement action plans to ensure a healthy, high-yield client database.
- Network Expansion: Identify and secure new relationships with Global Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Fortune 500 accounts.
- Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure our guest experience aligns with the needs of the modern corporate traveler.
- Insights & Accountability: Deliver high-level reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to senior management, ensuring our regional strategy is backed by data and clear KPIs.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Numa externally by participating in industry organizations, trade shows, events, and client activities.
About You
- Growth Mindset: You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced "scale-up" environment where the target is always moving.
- Strong network of corporate travel buyers and TMC influencers.
- Perfectly fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-Minded and data-driven, you have a strong sense for revenue opportunities and lean on data to guide your decision-making.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in French or any other language.
- Understanding of CRM and GDS platforms to drive efficiency.
