About the Role

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH market, you will be at the forefront of our commercial expansion. You will take ownership of building and growing our B2B client base, working with companies that value seamless, high-quality accommodation solutions.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment-someone who combines strong closing skills with the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients
  • Own the full sales cycle-from first contact to contract signature
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and impactful client start
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships with a strong focus on cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Plan and deliver presentations to prospective clients, including on-site meetings at Numa locations
  • Represent Numa at trade fairs, events, and industry conferences
  • Use our CRM system to manage your pipeline and continuously optimize performance

About You

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field
  • Strong closing skills combined with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a high level of initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
