Logistics education (at least common ground with Logistics)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Customer oriented
Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude
Constructive problem-solving skills
Proficient level of German in speaking and writing
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
Logistics training or equivalent experience
Profound experience in transport / freight forwarding
English (at least B2 - written and spoken)

Areas of responsibility

Operate and administrate the Transport Management System Cello (TMS)
Plan and process outbound and return transport orders in TMS
Coordinate and monitor execution of transport orders with the involved carriers
Manage customer claims in connection with transportation
Monitor the performance of the carriers and report related KPIs
Ensure complete and correct billing of transport services and additional costs in connection with transportation
Report irregularities in operational processes
Support the onboarding/training of new colleagues in process workflows
Contribute to various tasks arising in warehouse operations
