We're looking for a passionate Fleet Manager Germany (Bavaria & Austria) who can increase the penetration of Alcoa Aluminum wheels in the German commercial vehicle market.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) vs. steel wheels by convincing fleets.

• Continuous analysis of the Commercial Vehicle market in the defined region and propose a strategy accordingly.

• The incumbent maintains contacts to the tire, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers, Truck and Trailer Dealers as well as to the private and government testing and regulatory organizations.
