ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Partner Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the success of a portfolio of strategic partners serving as their primary point of contact, building deep relationships, and making their growth your mission
Drive partner performance through structured QBRs, regular strategic check-ins, and data-driven KPI frameworks that turn collaboration into measurable results
Develop a thorough understanding of each partner's business model, goals, challenges and expectations, and translate that knowledge into tailored strategies that accelerate their success
Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within your partner portfolio, initiating new projects, and handing them off to or coordinating with the relevant stakeholders
Make high-impact decisions in partnership with your counterparts, bringing the right internal experts (Product, Legal, Compliance, Tech) to the table at the right moment
Build institutional knowledge across your partner accounts so you can navigate complex conversations independently and scale what works across the portfolio
Champion your partners internally, acting as their voice within Pliant to influence roadmap priorities, process improvements, and go-to-market decisions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships - ideally within fintech or a similarly complex B2B ecosystem
A proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level, across diverse partner business models
Deep familiarity with partnership and embedded finance ecosystems - you understand how banks, fintechs, and SaaS players think and what drives their decisions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - you can build trust quickly, navigate difficult conversations, and inspire confidence at every level
A strategic mindset paired with operational discipline - you know how to run a structured account review and turn insights into action
Fluency in English and German; an additional European language is a strong plus
Based in Berlin or Munich, comfortable with a hybrid working model
