The Capacity Lead is responsible for overseeing the resource planning and utilization for the organization. They are accountable to drive efficiency in resource allocation and utilization in all areas of the operations to enable first in class delivery.

Overview

  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with project managers, and department leads to allocate human and material resources efficiently, ensuring high productivity and quality standards. Ensure optimal resource utilization across multiple projects and teams on a global scale
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze current and projected workloads to anticipate resource needs, balancing project demands with available talent and technical resources.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential capacity-related risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Align capacity planning with budgetary considerations in joint responsibility with Project Management, optimizing cost-efficiency while supporting agency profitability in joint responsibility with Finance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication between departments to maximize resource sharing and minimize workflow disruptions.
