EHS Lead

Job Description EHS Lead - Data Centre Project (Frankfurt, Germany) Location: Frankfurt, Germany Position Type: Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a major data centre project in Frankfurt for the main contractor. We requires a strong safety leader to drive best-in-class Environmental, Health & Safety standards across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all EHS activities on site for the data centre project Ensure full compliance with local German regulations, EU directives, and company policies Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS plans and procedures Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Promote a strong safety culture through training and engagement Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure consistent EHS standards Report on EHS performance to senior management Requirements Proven experience as an EHS Lead / Manager on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable) Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations (EU/Germany preferred) Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on a fast-paced project Package & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Permanent position with long-term project pipeline One-bedroom apartment provided Flights included Rotation options: 10 days on / 4 days off, or 17 days on / 4 days off
