Position: HR Administrator for Time Management and Personnel Administration

Tasks:
- Recording and monitoring the working hours and vacation days of production staff
- Communicating with production supervisors, employees, and HR colleagues, including the payroll department
- Drafting employment contracts and conducting works council consultations
- Issuing certificates
- General administrative and support tasks
Requirements:
- Completed business training
- Initial professional experience in time management
- Proficiency in the SAP R/3 HCM system
- Proficiency in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
