Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps

About you:

• Full-stack SRE/DevOps with experience in server configuration
• Expert in Linux, high-traffic systems, real scale
• Manage Cloud and bare metal, databases, networking, distributed systems
• On-call owner, self-starter, bring end-to-end initiatives, automate

Your mission is to

• Take ownership of uptime and reliability for a platform serving 70M+ users
• Build robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and enable safe deployments (blue-green, canary)
• Partner with engineers across teams to fix pain points in infra, tooling, and reliability
• Bring initiatives that make the platform automatically reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable

Your impact

• Partner with engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks and build resilient systems from the ground up
• Design intelligent alerting and observability that catches problems before users ever notice
• Own incident response end-to-end, on-call, fast resolution, and blameless postmortems that actually prevent recurrence
• Harden the delivery pipeline with Kubernetes and GitLab, safer, faster deployments

Your toolkit

• Linux, TCP/IP, and distributed systems
• Databases: MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis
• Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD
• Observability: Datadog, OpenTelemetry
• Nice to have: Kafka, Terraform, Ansible, GCP, DBA
