2026_Intern M&A - M/F/D

Tasks and responsibilities:

During your internship, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations

• You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials

• You will work on live transactions across various sectors

• You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions

Studies & experience:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field

• Prior internships in M&A or Corporate Finance in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable but not required

Language skills:

• English C1

• German C1

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Very good written and oral communication skills

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Self-confident personality and self-disciplined

• Quality, results-oriented and showing high attention to detail

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
