Tasks and responsibilities:
During your internship, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
- You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials
- You will work on live transactions across various sectors
- You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions
Studies & experience:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
- Prior internships in M&A or Corporate Finance in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable but not required
Language skills:
- English C1
- German C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Self-confident personality and self-disciplined
- Quality, results-oriented and showing high attention to detail
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
