Tasks

  • You drive the spectrum monitoring business in the assigned region, partnering closely with local sales teams and providing pre sales technical consultancy.
  • You develop and present integrated technical commercial proposals, steering bid teams through the full tender process.
  • You forecast revenue, pipeline opportunities and track project progress to meet regional targets.
  • You collaborate with Business Development to capture market relevant requirements, feed product road maps and shape future system solutions.
  • You translate operational needs into technical designs and concise offer documents, while steering contract negotiations, risk assessments and pricing strategy.
  • You represent the spectrum monitoring portfolio at trade fairs and conferences, building strong networks with customers and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • You bring solid experience in technical sales, business development, or project management with a pre sales focus-preferably in spectrum monitoring-and a proven record of selling optimally complex, public sector projects while consistently developing opportunities, winning new customers, and fostering loyalty.
  • You demonstrate a proactive, commercial mindset and a passion for driving business success, complemented by excellent time management and organisational skills that enable you to lead cross functional, international technical and sales teams.
  • You are familiar with public contract procurement procedures and are willing to travel internationally, possessing strong intercultural and interdisciplinary competence.
  • You exhibit resilience, adaptability and agility in fast moving field operations and highly competitive tender environments.
  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, are business fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus), and can craft and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly convey solution and product value.
