Your mission
- Design and optimise scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel - from Marketing to Sales to Customer Solutions
- Lead RevOps initiatives from problem definition to implementation with a focus on measurable business impact
- Build forecasts, dashboards, and BI reporting to support strategic, financial, and commercial decision-making
- Support business planning and controlling through data-driven analysis and financial modelling
- Ensure clean and scalable CRM processes in HubSpot, including data quality and automation
- Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and improve operational efficiency across teams
Your skills
- You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
- You are analytical and enjoy forecasting, financial modelling, data crunching, and BI reporting
- You bring strong commercial acumen and understand the business context behind revenue decisions
- You enjoy building scalable systems, workflows, and CRM structures in HubSpot
- You are hands-on with automation and process optimisation
- You think cross-functionally and understand how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions work together
