Your Responsibilities
- Coordinating and monitoring appointments and calendars
- Organizing video conferences, meetings, and workshops, including preparation and follow-up
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting internal and external guests
- Preparing presentations, reports, handouts, and business documents
- Managing professional email and telephone correspondence
- Handling user access management in line with internal compliance standards
- Supporting invoice processing and material management
- Organizing business trips and processing travel expense reports
- Managing procurement processes for goods and external service providers
Your Profile
- Commercial training or similar qualification
- Experience in an assistant, administrative, or office support role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Organized and reliable working style
- Service-oriented and proactive mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in an international environment
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
