Internship-Sertica PMS Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented intern to support data quality improvements in the Sertica plant maintenance system in our office in Rostock or in Travemünde (Lübeck)

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and improve spare parts, consumables, and maintenance data in Sertica
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, properly categorized, and free from duplicates or outdated entries
• Support maintenance and procurement processes by maintaining reliable technical data
• Prepare physical archives for future digitalization through sorting, labelling, and documentation
• Create user guides, work instructions, and process documentation related to Sertica workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Currently studying Maritime Engineering or a related technical field, with an interest in maintenance systems and technical data management.
• Technical understanding of spare parts, maintenance, or inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with data handling and documentation
• Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must
