(Senior) Technical Trainer for COMINT Systems (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You design and deliver technical training solutions for our COMINT systems for customers in Germany and internationally, both at our facilities and directly on-site with the customer.
• You ensure a high level of consistency and standardization across training content, materials, and learning approaches.
• You continuously enhance training concepts and further develop innovative learning formats, including remote and e-learning solutions.
• You work closely with internal interfaces and subject matter experts to deepen your system understanding and continuously align training content with customer needs.
• During the sales phase, you analyze training requirements and define suitable customer-specific training solutions.
• You continuously expand your knowledge of modern signal intelligence and effective training methodologies.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• You have several years of experience in the conception and delivery of customer training programs.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of COMINT is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently and professionally and are comfortable interacting with customers in an international environment.
• You enjoy working proactively across different interfaces and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• You have very good English and German language skills and you are willing to travel internationally.
