Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Transform Voice of Customer and brand-level insights into enterprise-ready narratives, frameworks, and activation plans
  • Generate and synthesize CX insights across relationship measurement, brand health, experiential touchpoints
  • Operationalize insights in partnership with experience Research teams and UX teams
  • Serve as a connective layer between the CX Operations, experience research and design teams


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

As a Senior Manager CX Insights to Action, you recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication and determination. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Lastly, you have a good sense for current trends and deduces potential improvements for your own team.

  • 8+ years in CX, Voice of Customer, or experience strategy, 2+ in semiconductor industry
  • 3+ years direct expertise in qualitative/quantitative research, survey design, journey mapping, personal development, and insight storytelling
  • Adept at developing Customer Advisory Boards customer focus groups both face to face or virtual for internal and external customer qualitative interviews
  • Experience managing relationships, brand, and VoC survey programs, and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to influence diverse audience from senior to front line employees with evidence-based insights
  • Familiarity with design systems, UX/UI frameworks, and journey mapping, and proficiency in research tools like Qualtrics, User Testing, or similar
  • Experience driving cross-functional insight adoption
  • Systems thinker with strategic orientation
