- Ausbildungsdauer: 3,5 Jahre (Verkürzung unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen möglich)
- Ausbildungsform: Duale Ausbildung
- Berufsschule: In der Regel an zwei Tagen pro Woche in Bielefeld oder Unna
Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben
Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du praxisnah alle Bereiche des Berufsbildes Biologielaborant/in kennen, unter anderem:
Mikro- und Molekularbiologie
- Kennenlernen verschiedener Untersuchungsmethoden zur Bestimmung von Krankheitserregern in Lebensmitteln
- Klassische kulturelle Bestimmung
- PCR-Analysen
- ELISA-Verfahren
Histologie
- Durchführen von Gewebeschnitten
- Anwendung verschiedener Färbemethoden
Chemie
- Bestimmung unterschiedlicher Parameter in Lebensmitteln
- Durchführung von Nährwertanalysen
- Untersuchung von Obst und Gemüse auf Pestizide mit verschiedenen chemischen Verfahren
Trinkwasser
- Untersuchung von Trinkwasser auf mikrobiologische Belastungen
Qualifications
Dein Profil
- Fachoberschulreife, Fachabitur oder Abitur
- Interesse an naturwissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Gute Noten in mathematisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern
- Technisches Geschick
- Zuverlässigkeit sowie sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständigkeit
- Grundlegende MS-Office-Kenntnisse
