Als Teil des Teams gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der globalen Konzernplanung sowie der unternehmensweiten Datenanalytik - durch die Integration intelligenter Planungssysteme und die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von KI-gestützten Anwendungen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Haupt-Entwickler des globalen integrierten Konzernplanungssystems auf Basis von IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAW)
- Technische Konzeption und Umsetzung von neuen Planungs-Konzepten im Projekt-Umfeld
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung des bestehenden Konzernplanungssystems
- Entwicklung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen Planungssystem (TM1), Vorsystemen (SAP, Qlik) und KI-basierten Lösungen (Python) mit etablierten Standards (zB. oDATA)
- Verantwortung für den technischen Support bei komplexen Fragestellungen
- Technischer Ansprechpartner für Planungs-Themen: Begleitung des Controllings bei Planungs- und Forecasting-Prozessen
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem KI-Entwicklungsteam im Finanzbereich
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaft und IT (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Analytics, Data Science, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Datenanalytik)
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) im Beratungsumfeld oder alternativ in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
- Fachliche und technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Unternehmensplanung
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Verständnis für komplexe IT-Prozesse
- Ein hoher Grad an selbstständigem Arbeiten und ein großes Engagement mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und Entwicklungen im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Reporting-Systemen (z. B. Qlik), Kenntnisse in Python (insbesondere TM1py) sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Predictive Analytics und KI-gestützter Mustererkennung
