Supply & Trading Manager (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, with location in Berlin, is currently under trust management of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

Your tasks

• Ensuring supply through own refinery products and international or national purchases
• Key account management for all contractual partners in purchasing and sales
• Assurance and control of quantity purchases incl. optimal economic distribution
• Monitoring external market developments to react accordingly
• Responsible for the preparation of weekly delivery schedules

Your profile

• Extensive sales experience (ideally 5-7+ years) ideally, in the mineral oil or energy sector
• Relevant academic background in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with supply chain or logistics focus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP and strong analytical and commercial understanding
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a confident, customer-focused presence
• Solid understanding of finance, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Business Fluency in German and English, combined with effective communication skills
