Ich bin für die Gesamtstrategie der Freileitungsflotte zuständig und unterstütze die Fachspezialist*innen mit Datenauswertung bzw. Datenbereitstellung.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team Assetmanagement Freileitung kann ich unmittelbar daran arbeiten, innovative technische Lösungen im Höchstspannungsnetz zu implementieren. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how zu technischen Entwicklungen rund um den Freileitungsmast in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Statistische Auswertung sowie Bewertung von Betriebs- und Zustandsdaten,
• Data Science zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung sowie permanenten Technologieweiterentwicklung für Fachexperten aus dem Team,
• Systematische Bewertung der Assetzustände in Form von KPIs unter der Berücksichtigung der Komponentenfachexpertise aus dem Team,
• Auswertung von Betriebsdaten zwecks Ableitung neuer Strategien, sowie Anpassungen an bereits vorhandene Routinen,
• Verantwortung für die transparente Darstellung der gesamtheitlichen Freileitungsstrategie unter Einbeziehung des Fachwissens der Komponentenspeziallisten,
• Entwicklung von KPIs für die Zustandswertung von Freileitungsassets sowie anderer betrieblicher Kennzahlen (z.B. Performance von Assets),
• Unterstützung beim Aufsetzen neuer Projekte, basierend auf den statistischen Erkenntnissen aus der Betriebserfahrung.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften,
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenauswertung, Statistik oder Data Science,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Arbeit,
• Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Abgeschlossene Promotion oder Arbeitserfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Umfeld,
• Teilnahme bzw. Vorträge an internationale Konferenzen,
• Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Strategieentwicklung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
