Your skills
- German at native level proficiency
- Professional and well-maintained appearance, Strong customer and service orientation, Analytical thinking with a solution-driven mindset, Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist) or an equivalent qualification
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in 2nd level support, preferably with ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and SCCM; Experience with iOS devices is an advantage; Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- Friendly and professional demeanor, Independent and structured working style
- Solid understanding of client-specific processes and the utilized hardware/software environment
Your tasks
- Follows defined work instructions and procedures
- Participates in regular meetings with leadership when required
- Works within ticketing systems, handling incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs
- Prioritizes VIP cases and high-priority requests as defined by leadership
- Collaborates with internal teams to resolve local issues
- Provides remote support to users when required
- Supports onboarding of new employees by setting up and configuring equipment (laptops, mobile devices, tablets, etc.)
- Assists users with installation, configuration, and usage of hardware, software, and peripheral devices in accordance with defined standards
- Performs testing & troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Contacts end users in cases of very dissatisfied feedback, driving resolution & preventing recurrence
- Supports remote teams when local intervention on servers or network devices is required
- Maintains & supports meeting rooms, including weekly status reporting via SharePoint
