Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Your Role & Responsibilities
Develop, expand, and optimize our tech and tool landscape (especially HubSpot) across the entire revenue funnel, from initial marketing leads to contract renewals
Work closely with your team members and the Head of Data to enable teams, enhance functionality and automation for scalable processe
Build and further develop efficient RevOps processes, acting as the interface between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
Identify and implement best practices for scaling
Analyze, streamline, and continuously improve existing processes and systems
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure an excellent customer experience
Your Profile
Several years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, including building and scaling ops processes
Ideally, you have helped both Sales and Customer Success teams
Deep expertise in HubSpot is a must
Experience with and motivation for integrating AI and optimizing processes
Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality
Excellent command of English is required; German is a plus
