As our new Engineering Manager (gn) Microsoft Dynamics 365 | CRM / CE, your mission will be to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, highimpact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform
- Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forwardlooking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth
- Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Contribute handson to design, implementation, documentation and testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions
What we need to see from you
- Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments
- Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform
- Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service
- Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle
