Work mode: Hybrid, 10 WFO days per month

Contract duration: 3 months

Location: Hamburg

Some traveling may be required across Germany and/or to Austria/UK.

Job Summary:

The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting requirements, BRD creation, and requirement documentation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Finance and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Rollout:
• Lead the Rollout of S4 Finance.
• Lead the team of Finance track resources.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents.
• Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
• Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.

Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.

User Support & Training:
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.

Data Migration:
• Coordinate with data migration team to work on migration strategy and help develop migration programs.

Hypercare Support:
• Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
