Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Design and implement end-to-end change management plans, including impact assessments and readiness strategies.
- Training Design: Develop and deliver comprehensive onsite training programs to equip employees with necessary skills for new processes and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior leadership and act as a "Change Champion" to minimize resistance and drive adoption.
- Monitoring: Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation.
- Languages: Fluency in German (C1/Native) and English is mandatory for onsite client engagement in these regions.
- Certifications: Professional certification in change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, or ADKAR) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent facilitation skills, and high emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational cultures.
