For our location in Hampen, Central Denmark Region, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze the needs of existing, new, and prospective customers to drive new business growth
  • Promote and represent HOYER's solutions across all relevant business areas
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Prepare tailored service quotations and manage responses to tenders and customer inquiries
  • Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Negotiate customer contracts, including pricing, regular adjustments, and contribute to pricing strategy development
  • Collaborate closely with operations on projects, daily business, and escalations, while supporting regional budget and target planning with the Head of Sales


Your Expertise

  • Proficiency in Danish and fluent English (including negotiation level)
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the logistics sector, ideally in liquid chemicals and intermodal or overseas transportation
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping; chemical industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong sales mindset with a results-driven, hands-on approach and clear commercial talent
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Scandinavian countries
