Your Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the needs of existing, new, and potential customers
- Promote and represent HOYER's solutions across all relevant business areas
- Build and maintain longterm, trust-based customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver tailored service quotations and respond to tenders
- Manage contract negotiations, including pricing and periodic adjustments
- Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with operations and support regional budget and target planning with the Head of Sales
Your Expertise
- Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish and fluent English (including negotiation level)
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the logistics sector, ideally in liquid chemicals and intermodal or overseas transportation
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping; chemical industry knowledge is an advantage
- Strong sales mindset with a results-driven, hands-on approach and clear commercial talent
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness to travel regularly across Scandinavian countries
