What you can expect from us
Responsibility for overseeing the content of internal and external communications worldwide, including research, planning, and editorial preparation of strategically relevant topics and events to enhance the company's reputation among defined target groups
Planning and execution of international public relations activities for specialized media, as well as daily and business press
Serving as a central point of contact for journalists, editors, committees, and associations, including building and expanding a strong network
Creation and refinement of target-audience-specific content for cross-media campaigns (including case studies, social media posts, industry articles, white papers, SEO-optimized website and newsletter content, and video productions), including the conduct of performance analyses to optimize communication strategies
Planning and managing video projects, as well as developing and implementing content marketing campaigns across the customer journey on both online and offline channels, in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
Responsible planning, management, and monitoring of budgets within the area of responsibility
What characterizes you
A bachelor's or master's degree in communication and media studies, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in corporate communications as well as in press and public relations is preferred
Preferably experience in the planning and execution of content and video production, including project management
Experience with content management systems is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a strong aptitude for technical subjects
Commitment, quick learning, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, combined with creativity, strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a strong hands-on approach
A strong strategic and analytical mindset, combined with effective project and time management, as well as a passion for innovation and the ability to champion one's own ideas
