We invite you to become part of our dynamic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, which specializes in implementing exciting general planning (EPCMV) projects in the thrilling world of the pharmaceutical industry.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting well-known clients in the pharmaceutical industry across all project phases (concept, basic and detailed design) with a strong focus on HSE
  • Developing, enhancing, and implementing HSE strategies, concepts, and standards within project work
  • Ensuring compliance with, as well as planning, implementing, and optimizing all relevant occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conducting and moderating risk and process analyses (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP/PAAG), including explosion protection assessments and preparation of related documentation
  • Regulatory engineering: tracking approval- and construction-related requirements and ensuring construction site safety through on-site safety walks
  • Internal HSE responsibilities: programs, training, participation in occupational safety committees, risk assessments, safety inspections, accident analysis, and implementation of improvement measures
  • Organizing fire safety, first aid, and evacuation drills, and collaborating closely with international locations to strengthen HSE consulting capabilities


Show your expertises

  • Successfully completed studies in safety engineering, pharmacy, or engineering sciences Experience/qualifications as a safety officer for occupational health and safety or as an HSE specialist are desirable
  • Practical experience in the fields of environment, energy, occupational safety, and fire protection, ideally within engineering or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of construction and environmental law, particularly in the areas of explosion protection, waste management, hazardous goods, and hazardous substances regulations
  • Strategic mindset with a goal- and solution-oriented approach, e.g., contributing to corporate and group-level strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments
