- Identifying and analysing product requirements that need to be implemented in the design
- Developing component and assembly concepts and discussing them
- Initial creation of CAD designs using CAD (NX), and their modification and detailing
- Coordination of product concepts and CAD designs with all relevant specialist departments and reaching consensus on the final CAD model
- Creation of product structures, E-BOMs and creation of material master data in PLM / SAP, and their transfer to SAP
Documentation of CAD models in PLM - Creation of drawing documents based on agreed CAD models and drawing content agreed with the specialist departments
- Creation of M-BOM structures and documents in accordance with the requirements of production-related departments and documentation in PLM, including transfer to SAP
- Moderation and execution of approvals in PLM
- Support on various topics such as measurement data collection, internet research on design-related topics, and assistance in neighbouring departments where skills and requirements align
