About the Role

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a core part of the leadership team, responsible for building the company itself. You will own the entire global talent function, working as a strategic partner to the executive team to ensure we hire the talent needed to lead the future of autonomous systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has thrived in a high-growth startup environment and knows how to build for scale. We need a leader who can construct a world-class recruiting function from the ground up, balancing strategy with a relentless focus on execution.

What You'll Build

  • A world-class talent acquisition function, grounded in a proactive sourcing culture that knows how to find and engage top-tier talent.
  • A scalable global TA strategy that supports our ambitious growth from a startup to a global leader.
  • A data-driven operation where metrics guide your strategy, inform leadership, and help you continuously improve performance.
  • A lean and effective hiring process that delivers an exceptional and straightforward experience for every candidate.
  • A high-performance TA team that you will personally mentor and develop.
  • Strong talent pipelines for our most critical roles across engineering, AI, and commercial functions.

What You Bring

  • A proven background leading Talent Acquisition in a high-growth or hyper-growth startup (ideally in deep-tech, hardware, or robotics). You know the challenges of scaling from 100 to 500+ people.
  • Experience building proactive recruiting strategies, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • A track record of mentoring and developing TA professionals into high-performing teams.
  • The ability to use data to make decisions, influence leadership, and build a compelling business case for your strategy.
  • You are a trusted advisor to executives, confident in your ability to guide, push back, and uphold a high talent bar.
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive technical talent market and creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • You are fluent in English.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
