Brief Role Description

You will be right in the middle of our personnel development instead of just being there: You will support the administration and design of learning and development opportunities and contribute to positioning our organization even more strongly as a "learning organization".

The hourly wage of a working student is 17.50.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Answering inquiries with a personnel development context
Support in the administration of our learning management system as well as maintenance of data and learning opportunities
Collaboration in the implementation of the annual employee appraisals
Collaboration in the conception and implementation of trainings, workshops and development formats
Creation and preparation of presentations and communication materials as well as maintenance of our personnel development channels
Support in the evaluation of personnel development key figures and derivation of measures
Support in the further development of personnel development concepts

Qualification requirements

Degree in psychology, pedagogy, business administration or comparable academic training with a focus on personnel development
Affinity for topics in the field of personnel development and learning management
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form
Love of working in teams and openness to different perspectives
Very good conceptual skills
Independent, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (esp. Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
Very good knowledge of German and English
