- Global EHS Strategy: You areresponsible for advancing a unified global EHS strategy aligned with companygoals, benchmarking against industry standards and best practices, definingglobal standards while ensuring flexibility for local adaptation.

Health & Safety Management: You will develop workplace health policies andinitiatives, monitor and mitigate hazards.
Environmental Compliance: You ensure regulatory adherence to local, national,and international environmental laws, as well as tracking of emission andreduction efforts (air, water, waste). -
Risk Management: You evaluate and perform risk assessments to identify hazardsand potential risks, develop risk mitigation and emergency response plans, aswell as continuous improvement processes for safer work environments.
Data Analysis and Reporting: You collect and analyze EHS data for trends andimprovement, ensure global reporting on incidents, near misses, and safetymetrics, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, includingsustainability metrics. - Compliance and Auditing: You perform regular audits for legal and policycompliance across regions, monitor local EHS policies, and manage externalregulatory inspections.
- Training & Awareness: You develop and roll out EHS training programs forall employees, drive awareness campaigns, and provide leadership training topromote a proactive EHS culture.
